Alberto Cormillot spoke about his health after being discharged: “I was hospitalized in three different sanatoriums”

Last Friday, Dr. Alberto Cormillot was admitted to the Fleni, something that caused a lot of concern. However, before generating speculation, the same doctor assured that there was no serious problem, only that he went to the assistance center to carry out some studies.

The nutritionist was admitted with severe back pain and underwent several studies to rule out possibilities between a muscle injury or kidney stones. Already recovered, this Sunday Cormillot spoke about his health and thanked the professionals who treated them and the messages of affection and concern from the public. “Following pain as strong as unclear, this week I was admitted to three different sanatoriums,” he recounted in a lengthy post that he shared on his social media.

The first day he was at the CEMIC, Fundación Hermenegilda Pombo de Rodríguez, where they ruled out damage to the urinary system and lower abdomen. Later, at the ICBA Cardiovascular Institute of Buenos Aires, where they ruled out heart problems. And finally, at FLENI, where he spent the longest. The professional thanked the institution’s Medical Director, the entire team of professionals, including specialists, nurses, maids, orderlies, and technicians. “As a minimum sample of what I feel and my gratitude, I share some images; although unfortunately I do not have all the people who accompanied me. All very special people ”, he highlighted.

“As far as I could see, the professionals who are part of FLENI stand out for making transdiscipline transcend their spaces. Lastly, thanks to everyone who cared or was in contact with me to update me or give me some kind of support. All my love and very strong hugs ”, she completed.

“Thank you very much for the messages of love and speedy recovery! I am at home, very well accompanied. I read them Thank you! ”, Cormillot later published to thank each message of encouragement and support for the situation he experienced during this weekend.

It should be remembered that, at 84 years old, Cormillot practices different disciplines such as tap and fabrics, among others. And it is assumed that some of this may have caused the discomfort. “What happens is that the pain was very strong, that’s why he was on morphine and now they switched him to corticosteroids. And only now is he slowing down. But hey, first they had to rule out all the rest starting with the biggest complication that could become and leaving the slightest for last. And, luckily, he is improving, ”said his wife Estefanía Pasquini in dialogue with Teleshow.

A few weeks ago, in an interview with Infobae, from the Book Fair, the doctor gave his advice to live longer and better. “I am preparing to reach 104 years old,” he said along with his partner and his one and a half year old son, Emilio. Then, he provided a series of very useful recommendations to fulfill this purpose. “First there is a genetic load, some luck and access to health. There is another part that has to do with habits and that involves having a healthy diet. Physical activity four or five times a week, 150 minutes. No Smoking. Drink alcohol in moderation and get checked out ”, were some of his suggestions.

Cormillot assured that there is something that has a great impact on people’s health: humor. “People who are in a bad mood have more hypertension and hormones that harm the body increase. The heart is damaged in moody people. Having a good coexistence with others is one of the things that helps to live better. And then have a purpose: I have a purpose because I have to give a diploma to that child who is there, ”she concluded while pointing to his little son.
