The Egyptian Federation of Alexandria sacked the coach of the basketball team in the Serbian club, Miodrag Perisic.
The Alexandria Federation administration announced in a statement the termination of the contract with Perisic.
This decision came following the team’s exit from the Arab Basketball Club Championship currently being held in Kuwait, losing in the quarter-final once morest Kazma of Kuwait, 101-106.
Al-Ittihad of Alexandria contracted with Perisic last June, following leading the Tunisian team of Al-Ittihad of Monastir to win the African Club Championship title.
