Yahya Jebran and Mbenza, Wydad Athletic players, confirmed that the match against Algeria’s Chabab Belouizdad, which will be played today, Saturday, starting at nine o’clock at night, will not be easy, stressing that the first goal is to achieve victory.
In this regard, Yahya Gibran said in a statement to him, ““The match will be difficult, as it will take place with an Arab team, and he hopes to be accompanied by his colleagues at the level, to provide a good performance in the meeting worthy of the team.
Gibran added that it is necessary to take the match very seriously, in order to return with a victory from Algeria, to get closer to qualifying for the semi-finals of the African Champions League.
In the same context, Wydad sports player Mbenza said, in a statement to the site, that the youth of Belouizdad have a good team, so Wydad must work well, to return with victory from there in Algeria.
It is worth noting that today’s match between Wydad Athletic Club and Algeria’s youth Belouizdad will be played at the stadium of July 5, in the first leg of the African Champions League quarter-finals, while the return meeting will take place next week, at the Mohammed V complex in Casablanca.
