Lack of vitamins can manifest itself in fatigue and poor health.
Children’s doctor Ilnura Makaeva says that a balanced diet will help to fill the deficiency of vitamins. If you adhere to the principles of proper and varied nutrition, then the body will receive everything it needs from the products.
The only exception is vitamin D, it must be taken additionally: as a preventive measure. The specialist draws attention to the fact that the dosage depends on age: for children from 3 to 18 years old, 1000 IU / day is enough.
“This preventive dosage should be followed by all residents of Central Russia, but it may vary depending on the region,” the expert noted.
