An absolute hit in 2020, Hades will be entitled to a sequel, soberly called Hades 2. The game will feature Zagreus’ sister, Melinoë, in her fight against Cronos, and will be available in the course of 2023.

Hades 2 will be released in 2023without any precision for the moment concerning the platforms.
The first trailer confirms that the artistic direction, absolutely sublime in the first opus, will be the same, as well as the gameplay. We therefore remain on a rogue-likewhich makes it possible to chain runs without redundancy since all the rooms will be generated procedurally, all in isometric 3D.
The game’s story, on the other hand, will no longer focus on the same character, Zagreus, but on his sister Melinoe. And this time, it’s not a confrontation against her father Hades that will animate our heroine, but a fight against Cronos, the god of time, precisely to avenge his father. As in the first game, we will of course find many mythological figures, like Poseidon for example.
Regarding the gameplay, Supergiant Games promises new weapons, and customization that tends towards infinitythanks to the bonuses offered by the gods of Olympus and the weapon infusion technique. The excellent voice acting will be backwith, we hope, a writing as funny and brilliant as in Hades first of the name.
