It is noteworthy that the approval was issued last Ramadan that the payment of the value of the traffic fine may be divided for one violation, and the value of the traffic fine may also be reduced by a percentage not exceeding “25 percent” of its minimum value, and the violator must pay the fine within a period not exceeding “15.” Within this period, the violator may submit a request to grant him a grace period, not exceeding “90” days, to pay the fine. If the violator does not pay within the specified period, it is permissible to seize and implement the balances of his bank accounts directly.
Accordingly, and after the approval of the higher authorities is issued, the payment of fines for violations of the precautionary measures to confront the Corona virus can be divided for one violation, and it may be reduced by no more than 25% and payment within a period of 15 days.
