Valérie Dittli and Cesla Amarelle are in the fight for the last place in the Council of State of Vaud. While there are few municipalities left to strip, including Yverdon, the socialist is only 4,000 votes behind the centrist.

In the lead, the PS Nuria Gorrite and Rebecca Ruiz passed in front of the PLR Frédéric Borloz and Isabelle Moret. This quartet is moving, unsurprisingly, towards an election.

The Green Vassilis Venizelos is well back, he who is currently in 5th place. He also seems able to be elected.

Knowing that the PLR Christelle Luisier had been elected in the first round, there is still one place to take. It is played between Valérie Dittli and Cesla Amarelle, with an advantage for the moment of 4000 votes for the young centrist.

UDC Michaël Buffat brings up the rear. His election seems compromised, with 2000 votes behind Cesla Amarelle.

The turnout is estimated at 37.6%, up slightly from the first round (34%).
