BIG RIVER.- In order to invite them to learn regarding the history of the city and understanding Río Grande as a strategic place in regards to the fight for Malvinas, the manager of the Sports, Culture and Youth Agency, Sebastián Bendaña and the Undersecretary of Culture, Carlos Gómez, toured with the diplomats the different exhibitions that the cultural space proposes.

In the activity they were taught regarding the history of the original peoples, the flora and fauna of the Fuegian territory and, in particular, they were able to observe the exhibitions “Perros Héroes” and “Malvinas, yes I was there”.

The first, being a joint work with the Malvinas Argentinas Veterans Center, exhibits images of dogs that completed tasks in the Malvinas, and for its part, the second, from Buenos Aires, exhibits photographic archives taken by conscripts, where they show moments of conflict and very little known images.
