CHAIRMAN of the AMIN National Team Legal Team, Ari Yusuf Amir, asked the Constitutional Court (MK) judges who will later handle election fraud lawsuits to be neutral. Ari said that his party believes in the Constitutional Court judges who still maintain their neutrality and good image.

“We are optimistic, because we see that the current leadership (judge) has a good, good track record. At that time, in the MK 90 decision, he had shown his attitude and there were also two new judges. “Fresh blood, and we also know that his track record is good,” said Ari at the Constitutional Court Building, Jakarta, Thursday (21/3).

Ari said the legal steps taken through the Constitutional Court were another alternative after so many reports to Bawaslu were ignored.

“I wonder how? What about our Bawaslu? We’ve said it. There are hundreds of our reports from all over Indonesia. When we asked why? No answer. Therefore, we reported Bawaslu to the Election Organizer Honorary Council (DKPP). “Some have been given punishments, but as usual, the punishments are always sanctions and warnings,” said Ari.

He hopes that the lawsuit process through the Constitutional Court can run smoothly and prioritize the principles of honesty and justice. Ari said the AMIN Legal Team, consisting of thousands of lawyers from 33 provinces, was ready to undergo the trial process to the end.

“We have also prepared witnesses. We have verified all the witnesses. They are ready. God willing, the witnesses will be present to explain at the trial. “We have also prepared a file of almost 100 pages,” he concluded.

It is known that the AMIN National Team has registered a request to reject the 2024 election results with the Constitutional Court at 01:00 WIB this morning. The application was submitted online.

At around 10:00 WIB, Thursday (21/3) the AMIN Legal Team moved to the Constitutional Court to submit several files and administrative data required for the application documents. On that occasion, the AMIN Legal Team also officially signed the lawsuit request directly at the Constitutional Court. (Z-3)
