The Ministry of Health and Population directed the citizens to pay attention to the initial symptoms as well as the advanced symptoms of liver disease.
And the Ministry of Health, through its official page on the social networking platform “Meta”, or “Facebook” previously, revealed these symptoms, which include the following:
Initial symptoms of liver disease
Intolerance to hunger or absence from food for a long time.
Severe drop or sudden rise in blood sugar level.
Advanced symptoms of liver disease
Decreased mental and intellectual ability.
An increase in the level of bile in the blood.
Sleeping for long periods of time.
Poor ability to focus and innovate.
Inability to tolerate any extra effort.
In its circular, the Ministry of Health drew attention to the President’s initiative to follow up patients with cirrhosis, early detection and treatment of liver cancer, stressing that citizens can detect and follow up through this initiative free of charge without any fees.
