Al-Marsad Newspaper: The Citizen Account Program clarified what is meant by the item of refunds that appear to some beneficiaries when paying monthly dues.
The citizen’s account said that the refunded amounts are the retroactive effect in which the eligible beneficiaries are compensated, provided that the returned amount is disbursed with the monthly support amount.
He pointed out that the remuneration is considered among the income and must be disclosed by choosing the job status (student), choosing the type of income (other), and the source of income (a government support program).
