Al-Marsad newspaper: The Citizen’s Account Program answered the question: “What should the beneficiary do if he cannot register in the citizen’s account due to the loss or change of the mobile number?”
The citizen’s account explained that these beneficiaries must visit the login page, and then click on the national access icon, indicating that the beneficiaries of the program do not have to update the data unless there is any change in their data.
It is worth noting that the citizen’s account announced at the beginning of this month, the reopening of registration in the program, and the start of applying the new amendments, in implementation of the royal order to reopen registration in the program, and allocating an amount of 8 billion riyals as additional financial support to the beneficiaries for the end of the current fiscal year, according to previously announced controls.
