Rice balls with raspberries, product withdrawn from dm‐drogerie markt stores

According to the information published on the website of the National Sanitary-Veterinary and Food Safety Authority (ANSVSA), dm-drogerie markt recalls the article “dmBio rice balls with raspberries 8 months+ ECO 35g”.

Only items with a best before date (MHD) of 06/04/2024, lot NL 157, are affected. This information can be found on the back of the packaging.

The article has been withdrawn from sale, as it “cannot be ruled out” that articles with the mentioned expiry date may have a high content of aflatoxins. These substances can be harmful to health if consumed for a long period of time. Aflatoxins are metabolic products that come from various mold fungi.

Customers are advised not to consume the product with the mentioned expiry date and to return it unopened or already opened to dm stores. The purchase price will be reimbursed, even without presenting the tax receipt. Products can be returned until September 15.
