Real Madrid coach Carlo Ancelotti said that he is not interested in renewing Marco Asensio with the “royal” club, pointing out that the most important thing for him is that the player influences well with the club.
Marco Asensio opened the scoring for Real Madrid against Elche in the eighth minute, in the match that ended with a 4-0 victory for Real Madrid.
Ancelotti added, in newspaper statements about Asensio: “He looks good to me, and I don’t know if he will stay or not. He may stay and he may leave. I don’t know and I don’t care much.”
And he continued: “We have a very important challenge this season, and the important thing is that he contributes like last year, let him continue in this way, and the club will take the appropriate decision.”
