But even then, Yarmolnik’s fans did not calm down. After all, it was not clear whether Leonid Isaakovich remained at home or flew overseas again. Now it became clear that the artist is in Russia. He, mournful and blackened, was noticed today, February 16, in the House of Cinematographers with an armful of flowers in his hands. They said goodbye to director Vadim Abdrashitov. Moreover, the camera caught Yarmolnik at the moment when he was sitting at the feet of Yulia Menshova.
The coryphaeus of the national cinema died on February 12 at the 79th year of his life. According to sources, the cause of death of the director was an oncological disease. Moreover, according to one version, the rapid growth of a tumor in the body of Vadim Yusupovich provoked a coronavirus. Abdrashitov will find his last resting place next to the graves of Valentin Gaft, Andrey Myagkov and Nina Ruslanova at the Troekurovsky cemetery.
Note that in addition to Yarmolnik, at parting with Abdrashitov, such stars of Russian cinema as Tatyana Drubich, Karen Shakhnazarov, Alexei Uchitel, Yulia Menshova and her mother Vera Alentova flashed by.
