Combo Simpatico in Studio 2 of the Wiener Funkhaus

The trio with the tongue-in-cheek name “Combo Simpatico” consists of the two outstanding guitarists Andy Bartosh and Martin Spitzer, the deep-sounding rhythmic-sound foundation of the band is laid by Joschi Schneeberger on the double bass. The interplay of the three is relaxed, light-footed and virtuoso. Seasoned men are at work here who no longer have to prove anything and can therefore act stress-free and with chamber music refinement.
The program includes titles from the Great American Songbook as well as tunes by JJ Cale, The Beatles and original pieces. With this mixture, which has been tried and tested in many live performances, Bartosh, Spitzer and Schneeberger move in a relaxed and easygoing way between jazz and pop.
