09h19 : The Ministry of the Interior will give at noon the first figures in France concerning the participation rate. In French Polynesia, where the vote was brought forward to take into account the time difference, this rate was 23.78% at 5 p.m. local time (5 a.m. in Paris), compared to 43.97% at the same time in the first round in 2017. In New Caledonia, participation peaked at noon (3 a.m. in Paris) at 17.59%, compared to 19.86% five years ago.
