BRUSSELS, April 2 /PRNewswire/ — The Amrop Partnership, a premier executive and executive search consultancy with 67 offices in 54 countries Annika Farin from Hamburg, Germany, re-elected for a second three-year term as Chair to lead the global group.
Since her first election in 2020 Farin, who is a founding partner of Amrop in Germany, has successfully guided Amrop’s global partnership through the pandemic while building a strong strategic alliance with US company JM Search and significantly expanding the group.
“We still see executive search and executive consulting as an art. It is supported and challenged by so many current trends, including social media and AI. Our founding partners brought Amrop to life almost 50 years ago to offer our customers individual services, to which we are now more committed than ever,” says Farin.
When asked about the reasons for her successful leadership of the company, Farin explained: “We have almost 200 strong, very entrepreneurial partners around the world. Our company is about stimulating ideas, enabling communication and cultivating what is our greatest asset – our culture.”
What comes in your second term? “There are many challenges for our clients, be it the energy transition, the lack of talent due to an aging workforce in many parts of the world, or the constant need for better governance across all industries.
