Al-Marsad Newspaper: Businessman Abdul Rahman Al-Qahtani revealed the holding of a public auction on the land of the airport jewel.
A video clip showed the businessman, accompanied by another person, talking about the auction, and they indicated that the auction will be held next Wednesday in the Eastern Province, and the value of the land is more than 2 billion riyals.
The documenter of the clip explained that the land was acquired by the consortium of “Smouu Holdings and Adair Holding” and “Adl Real Estate Company” from the owner Ajlan and his brothers.
The scheme is located in Dammam on an area of more than 4.5 million square meters.
