The Antwerp police zone adds that the individual was parked incorrectly and that he did not respect the conditions of his provisional driving license.
At the same time, not far away, the police made a similar discovery: “The neighborhood team noticed fireworks on Rue Ernest Claes. Two men were stopped next to a car. In the trunk, police found around 120 fireworks“. The police specify that everything has been confiscated and that they will have to pay a fine.
