Anushka said she spent eight hours at the Kohli crease in the scorching heat and fell ill

MooAfter a gap of 2 years, Virat Kohli made a big comeback by scoring a century in Test cricket. Kohli’s innings, which confused the Aussie bowlers in the Ahmedabad Test, ended just short of a double century. He scored 186 runs from 364 balls.

But his wife and Bollywood actress Anushka Sharma says that Kohli was ill before this match. Anushka said this in a note shared on social media after congratulating Kohli’s century. ‘Playing with such presence of mind despite illness. You always inspire me.’ Anushka wrote on her Instagram story.

The Indian player played at the crease for eight hours in the scorching heat of Ahmedabad. This is one of the longest innings of Kohli’s career. Kohli also dedicated this century achievement to Anushka.
