Vienna – Against the former head of the SPÖ election commission, Michaela Grubesa, following the winner was confused in the red presidency election, a complaint was lodged with the Linz public prosecutor at the beginning of June. Grubesa had been reported in an anonymous letter for fraud. The public prosecutor’s office is unlikely to have started any investigations into this matter. This emerges from a letter from the authority that is available to the STANDARD. A confirmation was still pending.
