In its biggest product launch of the year, Apple introduced the iPhone 14, new AirPods Pro earphones, and new Apple Watch models. iPhone retains the general look of the older version with improvements to the camera and messaging feature through satellite long overdue. The bulk of the improvements to the “iPhone” were for the categories of its flagship phones “Pro”. These devices will include a 48-megapixel camera and a screen that can always stay on in a low-power mode, like recent versions of the Apple Watch.
Apple’s stock is the best performer among technology companies with a huge market capitalization for the current year, because investors believe in its ability to Exploit Over 1 billion customers to earn more through its services including app subscriptions, video services, fitness andthe games. The earnings report for the three months ending in September will act as the next catalyst for the stock, which is expected to be released in late October.
The company’s shares have declined by about 8% this year compared to theNasdaq 100which fell by about 22%. Nearly 96% of 50 analysts recommend either buying or holding Apple stock, while only two recommend selling, according to data compiled by Bloomberg.
