It seems that Apple’s environmentally friendly products are causing dissatisfaction among users. Since March 1st, Amazon has labeled FineWoven cases for iPhones as a product that is frequently returned.
Amazon’s warning label includes a message asking customers to check product details and reviews carefully before ordering. Because the case itself has a price that is not considered cheap. The Thai price is 2,390 baht, but it creates a strong impression on users.
In terms of reviews on Amazon, 45% of users gave 5 stars, while 32% gave 1 stars. Most of the issues users encountered were related to the quality and durability of the product. Most users will return items within 2-3 days after use. And I won’t buy this type of case again until Apple goes back to using leather again.

The FineWoven case is made from durable microtwill fabric. This material is soft and suede-like to the touch. The FineWoven material is also designed with the planet in mind. The fabric is made from 68% recycled material from post-consumer products, significantly reducing carbon emissions compared to leather – according to Apple. While it does its part to help save the planet, it isn’t as durable. this
