In an event held this Tuesday afternoon, Apple made the new iPhone 15, 15 Plus, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max official. As a highlight, all This year’s devices feature USB-C connection replacing the Lightning standard.

Another important new addition to the standard models includes a new 48 MP main camera, with the Pro Max variant now having a periscope sensor and featuring a titanium construction.

The new iPhones 15 and 15 Plus were announced by Apple, with the highlight being the arrival of the dynamic island on the 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch Super Retina XDR OLED screen, respectively. In both cases, the displays have a standard rate of 60 Hz.
In general terms, the smartphones maintain the design essence of the previous generation, and now they feature the Apple A16 Bionic chipset.
The chip promises the performance of the iPhone 14 Pro line and also works with 128 GB, 256 GB or 512 GB of internal storage. As expected, Apple does not disclose the amount of RAM in its devices.
Another big new feature of the iPhone 15 and 15 Plus is the main rear camera, as it now has 48 MP (OIS) and promises higher quality photos, in addition to the option that allows you to compress pixels for clearer images.
The ultrawide sensor maintains the 12 MP of the previous generation and Apple also highlights the telephoto mode with 2x optical zoom.
For selfies, Apple has included a 12 MP camera inside the new dynamic island and alongside the Face ID sensors. The company also guarantees that cell phones have access to the emergency SOS feature.
As usual, Apple also did not initially disclose the battery capacity of the devices, but the company promises more autonomy than in the previous generation.
Finally, the operating system is iOS 17 and the available colors are: black, white, yellow, green and pink.
