Apple continues to invest in new workspaces in the US state of California. After buying a series of buildings in Cupertino in January that it had rented for more than a decade, the company has now rented, according to the SilliconValley.coma new office in the city of Sunnyvale.

This newest investment by Maçã appeared in a public document in Santa Clara County. The building in question is part of a campus with two other very similar buildings located on North Mathilda Avenue (505 and 555). The leased building can be accessed from 605 West Maude Avenue.

The building is owned by Kilroy Realty and has also been previously leased by LinkedIn. Also according to the information, Apple would already be making the necessary reforms for its teams to start working on site.

The office has around 14,000 square meters and has its own parking lot. The campus, in turn, is regarding 60,000 square meters, according to information found on the Kilroy Realty website.

Apple, it is worth noting, has multiple offices in Sunnyvale, one of which is Apple Campus 3. It remains to be seen, however, when exactly the company will actually start using the new space.
