This is the second such donation that Cook has announced this month; last week, the executive also disclosed that the company would help China in its recovery after the passage of typhoon Doksuri.
It’s worth noting that the same wildfires in Hawaii once made headlines here on MacMagazine this week for having involved a family that made use of the SOS Emergency feature via satellite to save themselves from a place engulfed by flames.
