YOKOHAMA, Japan – After the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders of Nissan Motor Co., Ltd., the company’s board of directors has appointed the members who will occupy the positions of representative executive director, executive members of the Board, chairman and vice-chairman of the Board , chairpersons and committee members, effective June 27.
