A rancher and agricultural producer from Apure state denounced the seizure of his “Zamorucos” herd by the guerrillas of the National Liberation Army (ELN).
Through social networks, Santos Torrealba, denounced this November 12, that the guerrillas demand 1 million dollars as a vaccine and calls on President Nicolás Maduro and Defense Minister Vladimir Padrino López to take action on the matter.
