Al-Marsad newspaper: Russian President Vladimir Putin attacked the West, indicating that they tried to break up Russia. They abandoned the values of the Russian family and society.
Putin said, during a signing ceremony for the annexation of 4 Ukrainian regions to Russia, that his country is 1,000 years old and will remain.
He continued, the West divides the world into “civilized world” and “rest of the world” into “first world” and “other worlds”.
And regarding what is known as sexual identity, Putin said, addressing his speech to the West, Are you crazy? Do you want to create a new species except male and female?!.
He added, “The West has abandoned family values, and Russian society will not accept Western trends and abnormal behavioral patterns.”
He continued, “The West is lying, and wants the peoples of Russia to be their “slaves”, but this is far from their reach.”
Putin witnessed the signing ceremony of the accession of 4 Ukrainian regions to Russia, in the presence of the leaders appointed by Moscow for the four regions.
Earlier, Russia held what it called referendums in the four regions it occupies partly in Ukraine, namely Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia, and later announced that the regions showed overwhelming support for joining Russia.
On the other hand, Western and Kiev governments assert that the vote was held at gunpoint and does not represent the population of the regions, as well as that it violates international law.
