Marcelo Urbano is 58 years old and has been searching for his true identity since he was 12 years old. After a long time of struggle, he was able to confirm that he was the son of a millionaire businessman who lives in Buenos Aires (Argentina).
However, he denied paternity, despite the fact that the DNA test confirmed that the man was his biological father.
Marcelo did not have an easy life in Villa Soto, Cruz de Eje department, Córdoba. He couldn’t finish school and since he was little he was forced to work to survive: he was a cardboard collector and later he became a bricklayer.
His mother passed away due to a disease he was young, but before she died he revealed that his father’s name is Eduardo Lapania.
According to The Andes, the mother was 19 years old when she became pregnant with one of the children of the owner of the house where she worked as a maid. After knowing what happened, she was fired from her.
At the age of 21, Urbano met Lapania, but he denied a bond. Both underwent a DNA test and it came back positive.
Urbano’s lawyer, Federico Crucella, indicated that they will initiate an economic claim for damages of at least 100 million pesos.
It should be noted that Urbano would be heir to 33% of his father’s fortune, who is 85 years old and has a large winery in the city of Mendoza.
“I would like him to at least have contact with my children. I can’t say I love him because he’s a stranger who despised me my whole life.” the man commented.
