The National Government of the Republic Argentina applied to be “socio global” from I’LL TAKE through an official letter delivered by the Minister of Defense, Luis Petri at the headquarters of the international organization located in the city of Brussels, Belgium, within the framework of the new foreign policy initiated by Javier Milei.

At the end of the meeting between both officials, Mircea Geoana said that “he welcomed the request to explore the possibility of becoming a NATO partner” and thanked “Argentina’s support for Ukraine with vital humanitarian aid, including food, medicine and support for refugees.

The presidential spokesperson, Manuel Adorni, referred to the meeting held by the Minister of Defense and considered that “it will allow the country to increase military and defensive capabilities through multinational exercises and advanced technology, as well as participate in strategic debates and decisions.”
