Abu Dhabi | A video of an armed man helping a woman stuck on the highway with a flat tire in the UAE has gone viral. Deputy Prime Minister and Home Minister Lieut. General Sheikh Saif bin Zayed Al Nahyan shared the video on Instagram. Sheikh Saif bin Zayed said that an armed forces soldier changed the tire of an Asian woman whose car broke down on a public road. The video was shot by a woman believed to be from Pakistan.
“Look at the UAE military… how they are helping everyone.’ The woman says in the video. When the officer saw the woman stranded on the side of the road, he voluntarily stopped the vehicle to help her. When the woman asks for her name, the officer smiles and says Salim.
The woman says she salutes the UAE army multiple times throughout the video and is very grateful to the officer. The woman spoke regarding the incident on social media and thanked the UAE Army.
