Arrested for gender violence in Unare

A firearm was also seized during the arrest. The case passed to the order of the Public Ministry.

A man was arrested for allegedly being linked to an act of gender violence.

The procedure was carried out by a military brigade attached to the Bolivarian National Guard (GNB) in the Cumbres de Venezuela sector of the Unare parish.

The residents of the sector would have denounced before the military component that the accused had incurred in gender violence, for which he was arrested and transferred to the zone command number 625.

It was found that the citizen was armed at the time of the arrest, and a pistol was seized from him.

The identity of the accused was not disclosed by the authorities.
