The Cicpc arrested Leyla Vanessa Vivas Villamizar for allegedly being involved in the production of pornographic material, judicial sources said.
Vivas Villamizar is in the process of divorce from Nelson Ortega Bonilla, Venezuelan ambassador to Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon and Gabon, Central Africa.
The arrest warrant against Vivas Villamizar (0006-23) was issued by the 18th Control Court of Caracas in charge of Ángel Bentancourt.
The criminal investigation open to Vivas Villamizar is supported by a series of images and messages of an allegedly pornographic nature that he sent to a person through his cell phone. But that batch of images included photos of her children without clothes, according to the investigation.
The detainee is exposed to the application of article 24 of the Special Law against Computer Crimes: “Pornographic display of children or adolescents. Any person who, by any means that involves the use of information technologies, uses the person or image of a child or adolescent for exhibitionist or pornographic purposes, will be punished with imprisonment from four to eight years and a fine of four hundred to eight hundred units. tax”.
