Dziuba’s agent held a meeting with Lokomotiv under the forward’s new contract

Leonid Goldman, representative of Lokomotiv striker Artem Dziuba, told “Match TV” that he had a meeting with the club’s management on the new contract of the football player.
“I really had the first meeting with the management of Lokomotiv about Artem’s new contract. I can confirm that our party announced the desired term for the new agreement. But at the same time, no specific amounts were discussed at this meeting. We are waiting for the first concrete proposal from the club,” Dzyuba said.

According to Goldman, Dziuba has a desire to stay at Lokomotiv. “He perfectly joined the team, found complete understanding with the head coach and the coaching staff. The ball is now in the club’s side. We will wait for the specifics, which at the moment is not enough. It was just the first introductory meeting,” Goldman added.
A representative of Dzyuba noted that many clubs are interested in the player. “In winter, and this is no secret, Artem made big concessions. Money, both then and now, is not a priority for Artem, but the initial data then and now are completely different. In February, we agreed that if everything goes well, Lokomotiv will have priority in the summer. Actually, now our side adheres to these agreements, although quite a lot of calls and offers from other clubs are already coming in, ”concluded Goldman.
The contract of the 34-year-old striker with the “railroad” is calculated until the end of the season. In nine matches for Lokomotiv, Dzyuba scored six goals and gave four assists.
