Dakar, June 22 (APS) – AS Douanes (Senegal) team playmaker Jean-Jacques Boissy promises a great season with his new club Aurore Vitré Basket Bretagne (Nationale 1, France ).
The French club has announced, on its social accounts, that the 23-year-old Senegalese will be a member of the Green Squad (nickname of the team) next season.
The finalist of the 2023 edition of the Basketball Africa League (BAL) said he was “happy to join” Aurore Vitré Basket Bretagne and is “looking forward to defending his colors”. He promises a great season for the club’s supporters.
Jean-Jacques Boissy is a member of Senegal’s national A basketball team. He participated in the qualifiers for the 2023 Basketball World Cup, Africa zone.
The Senegalese player played for three seasons at Cornella CB in Spain, before joining AS Douanes for one season last year.
