After its regular season champion title, ASM won 4 goals to 1 against ASSP and achieved the fourth double in its history.
The final of the Archipelago Cup, pitting ASM against ASSP, kept all its promises this Saturday, September 30 at the Stade de l’Avenir in Miquelon. The ASSP greens dominated the first 45 minutes of play. They were the ones who scored the only goal of the period thanks to Maél Kello in the 9th minute.
We were well ahead of the ASM team in the first half, but the lack of attendance at training was clearly seen in the second…

Timid and not very enterprising in the first half, the Oranges regained their fighting spirit upon returning from the locker room and came back to score in the 48th minute thanks to Hugo Gaspard’s first goal. The ASM star striker got his team back on track and scored two more goals to give ASM a comfortable lead. Yvan Thériau completes the victory for the Oranges at the end of the match by scoring the 4th goal for his team. A victory made easier by the expulsion of two ASSP players 13 minutes from the end of regulation time.
