Mike Krack, team representative for Aston Martin F1, says he doesn’t think Red Bull’s investigation into AMR22 will lead to anything.
Mike Krack has faced considerable challenges since taking over the top Aston Martin F1 job. While trying to turn around the team’s disappointing performance this season, some recent updates have faced copyright issues.
When the team introduced the AMR22, which was significantly upgraded at the Spanish Grand Prix, it was suspected from inside and outside the paddock that it was very similar to the Red Bull RB18. The machine is ridiculed as “Green Mercedes”.
However, Aston Martin F1 has pulled a few staff from Red Bull Racing, but the team hasn’t broken the rules and claims that the second version has been in development for a long time.
The issue has been cleared by the FIA (International Automobile Federation), but Red Bull motorsport advisor Helmut Marko continues to investigate, claiming evidence that Aston Martin has downloaded the team’s data.
But Mike Krack didn’t expect anything more to happen, and in his opinion the problem was over.
“Honestly, I don’t expect anything more. We’ll focus on ourselves,” Mike Krack told Archyde.com.
“I don’t think their research will lead to anything, and I don’t think they will focus on the championship battle.”

Aston Martin F1 expects the new car to have higher potential than its predecessor and says Mike Krack is confident that it can change the course of the season.
