At least eight dead after tug boats capsize off California – USA

Los Angeles – At least eight people died when two boats apparently used by tugboats capsized off the coast of the US state of California. It is one of the worst human smuggling tragedies in California history, San Diego Rescue Chief James Gartland said Sunday.
