Forward José Luis Sinisterra shone in Blooming de Bolivia. He shares registration with the ‘Tiger’.

José Luis Sinisterra, a Colombian striker who was champion with Pereira in the 2022-II League, went to Blooming in Bolivia to shine; and this Thursday he was the protagonist of the 6-0 win over Atlético Palmaflor, which qualified him for the group stage of the Copa Sudamericana 2023.

Sinisterra, 24, scored three goals and was the great figure of the match that was played at the Tahuichi Aguilera stadium in Santa Cruz. His hat-trick was highlighted by Conmebol.

Beyond the fact that three goals in a match are not scored every day, and even less so in an international competition, José Luis Sinisterra completed an important record for Colombian soccer in the Copa Sudamericana.

According to ‘Mister Chip’, Sinisterra’s hat-trick is the fourth by a Colombian player in the South American Cup. The other strikers who managed to score a hat trick in this Conmebol tournament were: Falcao García (with River Plate in 2007), Wilson Morelo (with Santa Fe in 2015) and Miguel Borja (with Atlético Nacional in 2016).
