The tourist who is not informed of the procedure and the steps to be taken to operate his device and get in touch with the members of his family often finds himself without an answer apart from the SMS written in French (whatever the origin of the visitor) who invites him to register on the Sajalani.tn platform, remains in total limbo. To this end, an effort to raise awareness and support in this process of unblocking must be provided by all tourist actors in order to avoid the hassle of such a situation for visitors.
