Azul begins the process to hire more than 100 young people for the Best Apprentice Social Program

Azul Linhas Aéreas is open for registration for the 2nd. edition of its Best Apprentice Program, which aims to provide young, socially vulnerable students with the prospect of career development, working in the company’s administrative, airport and cargo areas.

To participate, you must be between 16 and 22 years and 4 months old, be studying high school or have completed it and not have previously worked as an apprentice. Registrations can be made until February 7th through the address: There are more than 100 vacancies available in different regions of Brazil, such as Campinas (SP), Barueri (SP), São Paulo (SP), Salvador (BA), Fortaleza (CE), Recife (PE), Belo Horizonte (MG), Vitória (ES), Rio de Janeiro (RJ), Brasília (DF), Manaus (AM), Boa Vista (RR), Porto Alegre (RS), Navigators (SC) among others.

The first phase consists of registration, followed by general and behavioral knowledge tests. Those classified for the second stage will be invited to participate in a face-to-face or online panel with Azul’s management and Social Impact team. After the second stage, the selected candidates will be called for exams and admission processes and will begin their career program at the country’s largest airline.

“This is an excellent opportunity for young people from all over the country to get to know behind the scenes and gain work experience at an airline recognized for the good service and services offered to its Customers. It’s time to tighten our belts and take off towards new horizons, through a complete training and professional development program”, explains Antonio Dibai, director of People at Azul.

In the second half of 2023, the company received applications from more than 20 thousand candidates from all over Brazil for the vacancies available in the Best Apprentice Program. “It’s a great chance for young people to take their first steps in their career, to learn more about commercial aviation, the necessary tools and techniques, as well as values ​​that they will certainly carry with them for the rest of their professional life. We have great expectations of receiving applications from many young people, generating a social movement for those looking for an opportunity”, says Antonio Dibai.
