On the occasion of the 78e Gala de l’Acfas, the research community gathered at the Grand Quay of the Port of Montreal to celebrate the exceptional contributions of researchers from French-speaking Canada. To mark the 100th anniversary of Acfas, the evening was hosted by two Gala fans, Sophie-Andrée Blondin and Pierre Chastenay. The event was punctuated by the announcement of the recipients of the Acfas Awards, the competition The proof by the image and emeritus members. This special 100th gala also stood out with the unveiling of new prizes and The Acfas herbariuman original production concocted in concert with the Marie-Victorin Herbarium and the Plant Biology Research Institute.
