Bad news for Netflix viewers – Al-Ittihad Newspaper

Netflix users will soon no longer be able to share their account passwords with others, without punishment from the owner.

And the American network, NBC News, reported that “Netflix” will start imposing fines on users who share the password of their accounts on the platform with others.

Other people here mean those who live outside the home.

The famous video platform confirmed the matter through a statement posted on its official website, and said that it is trying to make it easy to share passwords for people who live together, with many advantages such as multiple broadcast systems.

Although this was very common, it led to confusion, according to “Netflix”.

She said she tried to make it easier to share the password with people who didn’t live in the same house, with a little money.

Netflix considers that the behavior of some, by sharing their password with others, undermines its ability to “invest in great new TV shows and movies” to offer to subscribers.

It said it would start enabling more payment on password sharing over the next three weeks, in countries such as Chile, Costa Rica and Peru.

The company’s terms of service state that “the account may not be shared with individuals outside your family,” a rule that subscribers often violate, according to the American network, NBC News.
