Barcelona responds to the leaking of Messi and Pique’s contracts .. and does not deny

After El Mundo newspaper published information it claimed to have obtained from emails exchanged between former Barcelona president Jose Maria Bartomeu, Lionel Messi’s father, his agent Jorge Messi, his lawyer and some members of the administration.
After these correspondences revealed Messi’s conditions for renewing his contract with the club, which are conditions that can be described as “impossible” and “selfish”, including reducing the penalty clause to 10,000 euros only, so that he can leave whenever he wants, and secure a special place for his family and the family of his friend Luis Suarez in Camp Nou.
And after it was found that these conditions included securing a private plane for Messi and his family to Argentina during the holidays and restoring the discounts imposed by the crisis resulting from the Corona epidemic with an interest of 3%, in addition to giving him a reward of 10 million euros.
After the newspaper also revealed information related to Gerard Pique’s contract with the club, Barcelona issued a statement expressing its displeasure at the leaking of information of this sensitivity, and regretted that the media boasted of access to this huge amount of documents and emails in the investigation, which are still confidential.
The club threatened to take legal measures against anyone who harms the club’s reputation and the confidentiality of some cases, but Barcelona, ​​as it is clear, expressed its dissatisfaction with the leakage of this type of information, but the statement did not contain any denial of what the newspaper said.
