Baronsmead Venture Trust PLC and Baronsmead Second Venture Trust PLC – UK-focused venture capital funds managed by Gresham House PLC – publish prospectus for subscription offers to raise £30 million, in addition to a discretion to use over-allotment facilities to raise up to an additional £20 million in total. The move follows last week’s announcement by the trusts that they intend to raise £15 million each in a share offering, with an over-allotment facility to raise up to ‘to an extra £10 million for each. The stock offerings are expected to launch in early December.
