A 45-year-old Belgian was found dead in a car parked in a parking lot in Voorthuizen, in the Dutch province of Gelderland, overnight from Sunday to Monday. This was indicated by the local police on Wednesday after several days of investigation in this area. The body was discovered under suspicious circumstances, she said.
It could be a crime, according to investigators who have yet to determine the exact circumstances of the death. The police also want to know more about the victim’s schedule in the days leading up to his death. Extensive searches and neighborhood surveys were conducted Monday in the area where the parking lot is located.
