Belkin Introduces MagSafe Support for Desktop Macs

Belkin iPhone Stand for MacBook Air and MacBook Pro is on sale since October (at €34.95 on the Apple Store), and the props man had then promised a variation intended for office models which are thicker. This new model has just been launched in the United States where it is offered at 39,95 dollars. This accessory allows you to attach the iPhone to the top of Macs thanks to MagSafe magnets, and macOS Ventura can then use its cameras for more qualitative videoconferences.

This new accessory makes it possible to adapt to different thicknesses of Macs and monitors. It allows the positioning of the iPhone horizontally or vertically, as well as an adjustable angle up to 25° downwards. The mount is also compatible with 1/4″ tripod screws.

This new model had a somewhat chaotic launch in the United States: initially displayed at 29.95 dollars with deliveries scheduled for the end of January, it increased by 10 dollars after a few hours and is no longer available for sale. For now, neither Apple nor Belkin have indicated when the accessory will be sold internationally.
