See if you are one of the beneficiaries of the deposit! One of the best known subsidies throughout Colombia is called Solidarity Income, this bond was integrated in 2020 to mitigate the impact of the pandemic and for years has represented sustainable money for many families. Given this, many of those selected are already wondering when the payment for the month of October will be and how to see if they are beneficiaries in Social Prosperity.
It should be noted that, since May 2020, the payments that were regularly made monthly for an amount of 190,000 pesos, began to be bimonthly. Which means that they had an amount of 380,000 pesos, that is, the sum of two monthly payments. Taking this information into account, it is important that you closely follow the deposit schedule.
It should be noted that the subsidy will only be delivered to those who have their data updated in Sisbén and who do not belong to other programs such as VAT Refund, Families in Action, Youth in Action and Colombia Mayor. Attentive to all the details in the following paragraphs of Depor.
Solidarity Income: beneficiaries for Social Prosperity
To find out if you are a beneficiary of the Solidarity Income on Colombian soil, the first thing you have to do is register on the website of the Department of Social Prosperity (ingresosolidario.prosperidadsocial.gov.co). At the top, you will find a button to check your status in the program with your ID number.
Then, a window will appear and you will have to enter the type and number of the document, first name and last name, and date of issue of the document. It will immediately appear if you are one of the beneficiaries. If it appears to you that you will receive the amount, your money will be deposited into your bank account or by SuperGiros.
Payment schedule for October and September
All payments corresponding to 2022, when the program increased coverage, began to be deposited from the second week of March and will be made every two months, like this. (The first payment was in January to 3 million families). Since March they have increased to 4 million.
According to the updated calendar, the next delivery dates for the Solidarity Income son:
- Fifth payment: third week of September (corresponds to the payment of September and October)
- Sixth payment: second week of November (it is the last draft that covers the months of November and December).
Solidarity Income: how is the non-bank payment?
If you are not banked, you can find out about the claim for the Solidarity Income amount through SuperGIROS, you will have to enter the official website: www.supergiros.com.co. There they should check if they are registered and if they are enabled to withdraw the payment. After completing this step, each user, with their ID in hand (original), must go to the collection point and will be asked to carry out the respective verification by placing their fingerprint on the corresponding reader.
Can you register for the Solidarity Income payment?
The Colombian program known as Solidarity Income does not handle registrations or raffles of any kind. The selection of potential beneficiaries is made through the information registered in the Sisbén. Likewise, it is worth remembering that all payments corresponding to 2022 began to be deposited from the second week of March and will be made every two months.
Solidarity Income Payment Amount
1. Households with one person per household:
- Group A: $420,000 Colombian pesos.
- Group B: $410,000 Colombian pesos.
2. Households with two or more people per household:
- Group A: $435,000 Colombian pesos.
- Group B: $420,000 Colombian pesos.
Finally, households that are part of group C, according to the Sisbén IV classification, will continue to receive 400,000 pesos every two months.
